Thank you!...these racks are insane, I'm just getting started building it the way I want it!

I am just installing mine, since I can't find any instructions from EO you video is a big help. When I tighten the pivot point sides, to the extrusion, (gold bolts, it causes binding at the pivot point. There seems to be a need for washers between the extrusion and the sides of the pivot to stop the binding. It moves but it takes a lot of force. So much so I am not sure the gas strut would be able to move the panel up. Did you have the same stiffness in the pivot point with your install?

How did you mount the Apache storage case?

Awesome videos for installing the rack. Saved a bunch of time. Quick question on the gate; when it shuts, does it stop on the gas strut or should there be something else for the gate to close against??

Thanks man, I appreciate it!…so mine actually do touch the struts when closed, but I’m going to add an angle bracket to stop them…I’ll do a short video showing what I mean when I get em on!

Do they have a lock while they’re closed, because they may open when hitting a pothole

Very cool rack system. The bummer for me is I want to put a Diamondback HD cover on my Tundra and I dont see these two playing well together. To be fair the few bed rack systems that work with a Diamondback have to be drilled into the cover potential compromising water tightness.

They did not, I'm not sure if they make em for the thinner bars

love it man, question what height did you bought. I have a roof rack and I want to have somehow level same height. I was looking at 24inch height.

I have the Retrax PowerTraxOne MX, I've modified the cover to work with the rack and also sealed it up so it's actually even more water tight than before...I have an install video of the rack where I show how I installed it with the cover...I'm going to be releasing a short video on how I made it just about 100% water tight...thanks for watching!
