Hello Rick , I have. Designed and built a 6tph dry blower modelled on yours. I have changed the riffle box bases for steel boxes and attached mini industrial vibrators to get an even flow of product. I am interested in what the volume of air cfm you provide the riffle boxes ? Have also attached an electric vibrator to the top screen deck. I am trying to source a small conveyor but having problems finding one so will have to make one ! I will be testing mine on a known gold source, an active mine. I will be putting the tailings through mine from another along side it to test efficiency ! I live in West Australia. Rick , thank you for the inspiration, I will make a video and post it when finished.

Great machine but for Gods sake put a damn mask on when looking in that machine. That is exactly how i got Valley Fever.

@KidsEquipmentUSA haven't realy gave it a good real world test yet, but soon as my plan of operation is aproved from blm. "maybe next week" if all go's well at blm i can run some real tests out where ther is gold to be found!!
