Just to add to what Neil says, VOTE IN YOUR LOCAL ELECTIONS!!!! Those matter too! Majority of the time they matter most than the big elections! You get to decide your representatives, local measures, and have a say on the way your towns/provinces/counties are ran!

millennial 80's/90's genz 90's/00's gen alpha 10's/20's pretty much, some gen z are 2010 but just the easiest way to keep in mind without knowing exact years and dates

Japanese sentence structure is like that too. (I just know from my Grandma) and they also do drop the subject, so if you come in the middle of a conversation you’re really lost. But like if you’re going to say “shut the door” they would say “door shut” which in a way is nicer, I think, like you already know you have to do something to the door.
