In this Quick video I show that the Xtool x100 pro2 is having a little bit of an issue with kia vehicles.
Xtool says that there is an issue with my vehicle, but the one prog has no issue accessing the immobilizer system.

That's not good, I've seen lots of great reviews about the think car. which model was it and how did it fail?

@@JLsAutoSolution it started working again wow i am so happy did not wanted go into process of returning SD6 thinkcar the problem happing will booting up it died so i plug into a computer to see if it problem is the obd plug issue..... but window on computer was having problem detecting device every 10 sec getting warning divice detected but did not power up the tool... .that when started sweating.... but said to my self it trying to boot up.... because of window is giving every 10 sec device detected ....so i waited the next day for device to drain it power and it rebooted .wow i think it was the scanner update for auto vin it did...... it will it was plug into the mercedes ....but did not do a reboot after update .but after the mercedes i did a honda a hour after and it work good .so when i got home wanted to send the report of the result to the honda owner .....that when it died will booting up......it a tool that power up only when plug in by wire ..no battery internal ;..... i like the tool it does all system and update free and get 5 free reset of your choice for 200.00 but did not tried all the system yet to see how good the data in the system ;

So how do you get the pin code? Will the tool pull it?

on kia vehicles it is pretty complicated to get the pin codes, i will make a video on it later on.
How do you pull the pin code ?

depends on the the vehicle. sometimes 1 tool sometimes 2, and sometime i pay for it.
