Too funny, a year ago Ben said DON'T buy XRP it's a scam. After I did the research I put 50% of my portfolio into XRP the day before it went off coinbase. Fast forward to today and he is now somehow the commander of the XRP army. Everything I anticipated is coming to fruition. Moral of the story is DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE TELL YOU! DO THE RESEARCH AND INVEST! (Side note: Ben said don't buy when it was 0.23) 😂

Alright let me be clear, this is what I think will happen, XRP and sec settle next year and there is a resulting euphoric pump of 2-3x and it then parachutes back to its normal level of 1.2 dollars and trades around that forever. I don’t see it ever becoming what the deluded fan boys think it would . The market cap is extraordinarily too large , it’s use. Add is limited and based on hopium! Why on earth would banks ditch swift for XRP ? Even if they did use XRP , it will not increase the value of XRP as that would defeat the purpose of it economical and cheap to use

If you have never bought xrp you don’t realize how fast it is and how easy it is. No gas fees to speak of and transactions happen very quickly! It’s so nice to see it happen in 2-3 min. No waiting, no anxiety! Almost as fast as making a bank transfer from your savings to your checking.

@@louiswatson6227 I was an original 30 founds of Ambit Energy, so for sure did not have time to learn new things, just bought XRP and BTC between 2010 and 2014. Put the cold wallet (aka laptop) in a drawer and pulled it out in 2016. who would of thought!!

I don't think most of the XRP army is saying Ethereum is bad. I think all of the hate is directed towards Hinman, Clayton, lubin, JP Morgan and the SEC.

Facts!!!!

I was surprised about his lite hearted support of XRP. If he actually would read what John Deaton has put together in terms of timeline, there would absolutely be no reason to even think “conspiracy” when it comes to the ETH free pass. They are undisputed facts in their own words. Sure ETH by itself isn’t “corrupt” but the parties that have allowed it through the door are. Hinman, Clayton, Lubin, Gensler, the list goes on. BTC was first, but let’s face it being first isn’t always the best. POW doesn’t work for global efficiency. Why mine when other assets with better technology don’t even require mining?

POW is necessary because it creates true decentralization. All of the world's currencies have been PoW - like Gold and Oil. PoS coins will all become too centralized over time. It's inevitable and then, we are right back to where we were before.

You need to stop listening to these XRP influencers. First, XRP lacks liquidity. That is not going to change with an SEC settlement. As MoneyGram and El Salvador taught you, fast and cheap doesn’t matter if your XRP coin is illiquid. Second, ETH and XRP are nothing alike. ETH can do online smart contracts and NFTs. XRP cannot (maybe off-chain if Flare ever launches). That is why ETH is number 2 on CMC and XRP is about to fall out of the top ten. Third, while the XRPL is decentralized, the XRP ownership is super centralized. Over 70% of all the XRP is owned by Ripple and Ripple insiders. This cartel can, and have, manipulated the price. The same insiders and hidden sales that caused the SEC to file their lawsuit. Finally, be careful whom you accuse of illegal practices as Joseph Lublin is a family friend of Chris Larsen.

Why would you invest in something you DON'T even know who invented it? Why would you invest in inferior technology amongst other competitors with superior technology? Why would invest in a system that incentivize the Miners rather than than the Users? BTC protocols are not the same as Pirate Bay protocol; BTC can be shutdown, unlike Pirate Bay. 60% of the votes goes to the Miners, explain how is that "decentralized". All of mankind's successful progress had a leader/CEO (Jobs, Gates, Musk, Bezzos, Zuck, etc).

If she’s risen for 13 years now (overall trajectory) why will she stop now? When BTC is up, the market is up. When BTC is down, the entire market falls. BTC dominance at 39% steadily. Again, my point was no other crypto will flippen. Maybe ETH, but I don’t see it happening personally.

XRP is DEcentralized. Ripple, the company, of course is centralized like every other company is on planet earth. That's how businesses are structured.

Lightning network means you give up your crypto keys and security of bitcoin so that you can make cheaper transactions. But you still have to send bitcoin to your lightning wallet which means you will be paying those fees.
