what type table/graph/chart use in xrf data representation

U think I was exposed to radiation if I accidentally opened the xrf door while it was measuring a wafer

You should be wearing a dosimeter while using WDXRF and sending it in regularly to have it checked to see how much radiation you are being exposed to...we run ours 24/7 so we need our dosimeters to be checked frequently!
