We need a feature. Different color for each key for XPG Summoner. Keyboard has rgb switches but we cannot use them effectively. XPG Prime need this update for summoner. Hope you guys add this. Thanks.

Are the switches of this keyboard hot swappable? That is, if one switch is broken, should we replace another switch?

Yes, you can swap the Cherry mx switches for your SUMMONER!

if I talk about build quality of keyboard it is awesome but please provide firmware update so that we can use windows key with white light and other lights as well instead only red color and software which you released which is XPG prime beta is so bad that I can't use keyboard after installing that software.Please remove that because every customer who is buying this keyboard is not gamer

Hey xpg. Everything is good about the keyboard but the only issue is the software. The xpg prime software has a lot of bugs....pls fix it...the software is almost unusable. I have checked that i am on latest software version and firmware... hoping for a response 🙂

Hello, the same thing happened to me, I can create the macros but the game won't let me run them. Could you solve it? How can I restore the driver and do the macros with the keyboard
