Hello,,what might be the problem when the machine responds to everything but when it comes to printing or testing nozzle no ink comes out,,bt in pumping and cleaning the waste ink comes out

Hlo sir when any of the nozzle printing any text or image the colours are mixed up…(blurred)…like in yellow base if we print text in blue or black Color the colour got mixed and blurred the text plz help
