As a Deus l user, the VDU isn’t waterproof and so on rainy days the VDU is left into my pocket, and, I love detecting days like this! It reteaches you not to rely on numbers and retunes your ears. I always say to new swingers learn the tones over anything. Great video and some Smashin’ finds👏🏻

Hi Jelly. Good skills matey. Its taken me a good 4 months to get used to the audio on my Manticore and I rely on the tones now as well as the great display.

Did you know that when Jelly was younger she'd go into random pensioners gardens dig a hole in the lawn and shout Eureka!! then run off...detecting is in her DNA

Hi jelly Not sure you're aware but your speech on your videos are being recorded in stereo so when listening through headphones etc it's only coming through 1 ear/speaker, your music and stuff is through both but speech is through 1, I only know this because I did the same on my new microphones, I recorded in stereo and it was only in 1 ear so I had to go back through and rerecord everything in mono, this isn't a criticism I just thought you might not be aware 🙂 really enjoying your videos though 👏👏

@@TheMetalDetective2023 it will be a setting either on your camera or microphone, you should be able to change from stereo to mono
