XOLO’s LAST DAY FILMING COBRA KAI SEASON 6!

Xolo Maridueña has shared an Instagram story of him in the make-up trailer on-set of Cobra Kai Season 6. He captioned the post with “last day” which hints at his last day of filming in Atlanta for the final season of Cobra Kai! It’s a very bittersweet post, but also it means filming for a lot of the main actors might be done by the end of the month. It’s possible they could be filming some pick up in Los Angeles as the show is based in California, so Xolo might be keeping it vague as his last full day on-set in Atlanta. Cobra Kai, created by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg, is a sequel to the beloved Karate Kid films. Originally a KZread Red/Premium series, it shifted to Netflix for later seasons. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and takes place roughly between 2017 and 2019.
The show offers a fresh perspective on the "Miyagi-verse" through Johnny's eyes. It explores the consequences of unresolved conflict and the complexities of good versus bad. While Johnny and Daniel remain the central characters, the series also features a talented young cast including Xolo Maridueña, Tanner Buchanan, Mary Mouser, and Jacob Bertrand. Familiar faces from the Karate Kid films, like Martin Kove and Thomas Ian Griffith, also return.

Man it’s sad seeing the show end😓 I remember back in 2018 when cobra Kai was released on KZread red and when xolo was young as well as the other characters. I will always love Miguel’s character along with the rest of the cast, this show brought so many karate kid fans back (including me) Cobra kai never dies!🥋👊🏻🐍
Miguel Diaz is such a goated character I will truly miss him when Cobra Kai is over 😞

I can’t wait for the next season, A couple years ago they were mentioning a Mr. Miyagi show, I hope that after they finish cobra Kai they make that but it might be wishful thinking at this moment :)
Honestly it’s hard to say goodbye, but I know the final season will end on a high note, this will be an unforgettable season, I can feel it
Miguel and Johnny start all this off and following with help from old friends Daniel .kreese. chozen and Mike Barnes? I will miss it

Too bad the DCEU is coming to an end right after Xolo Maridueña was introduced! It was really nice to see him in action on the big screen, and I would've love for Xolo to stay in that role for a little while longer... 😕
