Hello Zoe! Some of our shortlisted ones included Midea, 九阳， Unities and some unbranded ones. We didn’t come across Bluepro!

Hi Zoe, there’s no warranty! Or at least we won’t have it because usually taobao stuff, even if bought from their 天猫 stores only covers if it’s within China and not international.

Hi thanks for sharing but I hope that you will share if you used regular water from the tap to top up or you get those bottle distilled water when you top up the tank?

The replacement filters can be bought from taobao, it’s not that expensive! About $30 per filter

Hello! Unfortunately I can't give much help there because we searched only for those that didn't require connection to our water pipes + have filter. Hope you'd be able to find a good one on Taobao, I'm sure there's a good and affordable one somewhere.

Mine keeps having the error about TDS in water being high. Replaced water but still have that error. Do you have that too?

Hi Siwei, the item details shows that it’s 220V only though! So we didn’t have to use a converter. China uses a 220V electrical system :)

Hi Jimmy, I don’t think it’s possible, we’ve not tried it. But there are many water dispenser listings on TB without filters that you can explore 🙂

Can you customise the temp aside from the room and hot temp? I was hoping it could dispense cold water too.

Hi! The new model can dispense cold water now :) but the one we have only has room temperature to hot water!

Hi Denise James, the products usually will come in the China plugs. You could DIY and change the plug head yourself or get an adaptor :)

Hello~ Just sharing a way to try to connect your dispenser to the app so that you can adjust the temperature of the water. Have you tried switching the region in the XiaoMi home app? I own a Xiaomi lamp bought locally in SG and a temperature humidity meter online (not from SG) and I couldn't connect both devices to the SG region in the XiaoMi app. Only the lamp works in the SG region. However, when I switched the server to Mainland China, the app was able to detect my temperature meter and sync it. But the app couldn't detect my SG bought lamp la...need to keep switching the regions if I want to connect to the respective device. A bit mafan la but I guess it works. Perhaps you can try this workaround? :) Thanks for the informative video! I always like watching your videos :D

Thanks for sharing, I took a look at the app and can’t seem to change it using the configuration you mentioned 😅 but we’re ok with the current settings so maybe until we get bothered by it we’ll try harder HAHA. Hi Lynn, guess what! I was playing around with the app and managed to change the settings and we can connect to the water dispenser now! Additionally, the display setting on the dispenser somehow changed to English also HAHA. But thank you for the tip, gonna update in the video description now hahahaha

Hi! The filters are ¥109 and ¥249 each, we probably have to buy them from TB because this water filter model isn’t available in Singapore.

Hi, I’ve not bought them yet. It’s listed on the Xiao Mi Tmall store :) alternatively you can chat with the store to ask them!

Troublesome to keep refilling. I prefer inline from water pipe to the dispenser.

You are right!! Unfortunately we only thought about a dispenser after we finish our renovation. But not too bad, we've learn to live with it!

@@HowNowTaobao I think it's still doable. Need to explore options. That time when I installed mine, the technician came to drill a hole at our counter top to access the pipe from below. Hole is small cos they usually use plastic tubes from pipeline to dispenser.

For our dishwasher it’s doable! But the thing is that we aren’t too keen to drill a hole through our counter top etc :)

Hello! We actually use a 3PF! So it’s by volumetric shipping. So we can’t provide an exact cost of shipping for any particular item.
