Can connect the watch if using vivo phone?

I had this watch and using xiaomi phone.but there is a trouble after pairing it.the bluetooth is connected but the app cant connect and pair with thw watch.any solution?

I appreciate that you go through and whole unboxing and setup. Not a lot of people do that
