Obrigado, me ajudou a ter um norte aqui na hora de abrir esse carregador, estou só com 1 airdot carregando, enquanto o outro pra carregar tem que pressiona-lo pra carregar. Se parar de dar pressão nele, ele para de carregar, enquanto o outro é normal. Acho que pode ser o pino emperrado ou sujo, dá pra perceber que o que está carregando normal está mais pra cima, enquanto o que está com problema parece estar mais pra baixo, isso em relação aos pinos de contato.

the drivers never go bad, because they move very slightly the dont wear down at all even at max level 24/7

@@eduardom3209 I can't count how many earphones I had that had one bud wear out quicker, giving me uneven volume/bass on left and right channels, even on 2 pairs of my htc earphones that came with my phones. Yeah that took 6 month to happen, but it did. And I use the right side airdot alone, much more than I use both simultaneously, so I'm afraid that might happen faster.

@@parsipax6337 there is no way that they go bad in 6 months. It has to take years for that to happen. You must be doing something wrong. Also, on a 25 usd pair of headphones it's not even worth it to fix them.

@@somedude2492 the problem is, most of the time the left and right driver wear out non-simultaneously so it's noticable that one ear is louder and even with those awesome in-box HTC earphones, it happened to me in a year. And well, in my country currently $20 is 1/5th of my income lol. Terrible economical situation here but welll, gotta deal with it.

@@parsipax6337 i have had my headphones (samson sr850) for over 3 years. They haven't worn down. Anker earphones, had them for a year, no wear. I had a pair of logitech gaming headphones for a while, maybe 1.5 years. They didn't have that problem. My first headphones, the original razer krakens, they did not fail. Some original earpods, we're talking 6/7 years old, the cable just about got obliterated but the speakers work just fine, they're still going. What are you doing with your headphones? Also, Venezuela by any chance? I'm sorry man

After opening it, just push the PCB in, it should click in place...there are 2 tabs at the sides.

Late response but if cleaning doesn't work, you can go to accessibility options in your phone/computer and change the audio balance to equalize the volume. It isn't a permanent fix but at least you'll be able to use them somewhat normally.

Hey, I had the exact same problem except it was my right earbud. Anyhow the issue is that the battery has gotten to low of a charge so the charger refuses to charge it. This can be fixed by first taking apart the earbud, take the tape off the batteries terminals and use alligator clips to charge the batter with a 1 sell battery charger, just like what comes with cheap toy drones. After it charges put everything back together and it should work.

Can i replace a higher capacity battery in case

Hi, my left airdot is not making any sounds, when I take it out of the box I hear the right side properly connecting but the left side does not even make the turn on sound, which means the problem is not pairing. I had this problem twice, the first time I could return to the store and they gave me a new one, now I can't return anymore. The led also works properly which means it is not the battery, any clues on what is the problem?

The white light of my right airdot is not blinking, neither changing to red it doesn´t matter if i push the button for 3, 5 or 30 seconds, its like it is in a coma, and its not working, the cellphones doesn´t detect it, and I bought them yestarday to a guy in the street sealed, but I can´t return them because of obvious reasons. U can use ur innovation and make some kind of handmade charger for them There are two metal joints in every airdot that used to charge them U must use a low current 5V DC power supply to charge them up But u have to be careful of the polarity if u do it inversely that is going to blow up it's power control IC so the conclusion is that u better buy another one as they're extremely affordable

Look at the pins and notice if one is a bit lower than the other, that happened to mine, wiggled it a bit until it was level. When placing them back in the case, do it softly, those pins are kinda frail.

@@moisesvidal3436 take both of them out and press them for approximately 30seconds without letting go. the lights will blink several times but don't pay any heed to that. straight 30 seconds and they will reset. now put it back in and open your Bluetooth settings and delete the paired connections. then pair them from scratch. it will work.

you forgot to open the end of the earbud where cleaning should be done....

It's way too easy to break those tiny speakers, it isn't worth the risk. Clean them the best you can with isopropyl alcohol and swabs.

@@Ivan-mn3ph I've disassembly it and rotate the wires (the two parts of earbud). I think problem is because wires that go into driver are too close to a coil and creates a parasite inductance. It's way better now, still a bit of high pitch noise sometimes, but nothing that bother. However, better try to get another pair if you know you aren't good at work with tiny electronics. You can break these wires by mistake pretty easy.

How to reassemble it?

Just threw them in the trash. about 3 months old. Piece of shit costed me around 50 euros. Thing is, I like the shit that I buy to work. I don't care - it has to work, it was bought as brand new, working - WHICH MEANS IT HAS TO WORK! Straight out of the factory (which they were, 1st owner...). But these buds show up as charged, then capacity goes 80% within 30 mins. Shows charged but one of the buds is NOT charged at all. Using them - left one goes out of sync. using them, they disconnect from the device (?!). Anyway - piece of shit as world has never seen. I truly don't recommend anyone buying these. You cant have something bought from the store working bogus right from the start. I don't want to fix them, use WD on buds (dafuq?), disassembly them or do anything. I want shit that's brand new to do that brand new shit is intended to do - work! So there you go....this is me nervous coz I just threw them away...after charging them for 2 hours...and having only 20% battery. If you want piece of hardware that works right from the box as it is intended - don't buy these.
