When battery charger 100% it says full charged and stop charging or it's continueing

I feel like I struck gold! I looked for months. Im trying to put sim card in. Cannot figure out how to open it! The packaging is so clean and carefully done. They care about their product. Now if I could open it.

here in india this device came without nfc but they have increased the battery to 6000 mah
