It switches to 120Hz because u have paired the smart pen and u remove it from the top magnetic connector, so basically the pad thinks that you are using the smart pen to input the touches. Put the pen on top on the magnetic connector and the display will run at constant 144Hz.

My xiaomi pad 6 is having an issue. When I'm charging the pad my files are getting deleted. Almost up to 20GB of videos, photos and audio files are getting removed. If anyone is facing the same issue and knows why this is happening or has the solution for this problem please let me know.

Yes

It clings to 120Hz when you are using/connected the smart phone but if you put the smart pen on top of pad i.e. charging or disconnect by stopping bluetooth. it jumps upto 144Hz everytime

Even though, you did not ask this question to me. Since, I can see there is no answer, hence I will answer because I have used these both Tablets. If you want to use external SSD and 5G sim card you can go with Samsung, if not then go with Xiaomi with better display and no sim no storage SSD. There is an option, but in real it will never connect your SSD with an ease.

With or without android version updates, do you think this tablet is good enough to last me around 5 years? Use case being reading books, browsing web, playing games like Legend of Ace, etc.

@@shinoy587 My iPad5 is now 6 years old and still going strong. I expect the Android devices to be at least at the same level in terms of longivity... with or without updates. Afterall, in this case, the Xiaomi Pad 6 costs the same as the lowest end iPad available.

Change the lock screen time in the settings. If it doesn't work reset all the settings it'll solve the problem 🙂

I bought the 8GB 256GB variant. This is my first tablet & I am loving it. Ditched the Xiaomi Keyboard & bought a Bluetooth Universal Keyboard. The ₹5000 keyboard is totally unnecessary. Ditched the Flip cover of ₹1499 & bought a perfectly fitting after market magnetic flip cover from amazon at ₹549 & a Tempered glass worth ₹479. My only disappointment is Display. A Super Amoled Display would've killed all tablets in the market.

both are great, ultimately it depends on your budget and OS preference. if you have the budget Ipad definitely is the best choice for long term use, and better overall quality. however, if you are aiming for old ipad (9th gen) I would say go with xiaomi pad 6 definitely, it has bigger screen, more refresh rates, more storage, more ram... etc.

As far as i know, it won't work. As for why, Supervooc 80w charger uses a different protocol used in certain oppo (sometimes, realme) devices. While mi pad 6 uses PD3.0 and QC4. Better check whether the charger supports those protocols. It's best if you look up more details about those on the internet.
