@Korra Norg Well I've upgraded my Smartphone every 2 years since 2010, this wil be the first time I won't. It has held up very good, it's almost like new and the pop up camera works like on day one. The battery lasts one day for me and of couse it hast lost capacity but it's still enough for my daily use. Greetings

@@ostrove4694 Yeah Xiaomi themselves have had an uninterrupted display for a while now too, such as the mi 9t with a pop-up camera similar to the 7 pro. The reason the Mix 4 is quite hyped up is the fact that the camera is under the display and incorporated well unlike the ZTE axon.

Great review Frankie. Need a side by side with the ZTE Axon 30 5G. I feel that those 2 will be the primary competitors to each other.

Im loving the look and the display of the Mi Mix 4. Love the square-ish display.

You may have a new champ, but there's nothing earth shattering other than UDC. Battery life is silly because if I want, I can turn my settings down as well on the Mi 11 Ultra. 120w charging speed - convenient in a pinch, but not necessary. I am very interested to see how the cameras are and can't wait for part two.

Hey bro! I’ve never switched from the Global to the China ROM, but I have used the China ROM extensively. I think it’s probably not too much of a difference in terms of privacy. But do you really want to lose features like pre-installed Google apps, multiple language support and Google discover when swiping right?

1080p on a smartphone screen is more than enough resolution, everything over 1080 is killing battery life and performance... If the MIX 4 wouldn't have a curved screen, I would have preferred even more.

The 11 Ultra would be perfect if they fully commited to the rear display for taking photos. The biggest drawback of using the back camera for photos like we did back in the days, was simply aiming your shots, which was what initially brought us the selfie cameras, but they've always been lacking in quality in comparison. The rear display is definitely sufficient for aiming your selfies with the rear camera and you got that amazing quality with it. It really doesn't need a punchhole camera on top of that, it only destroys the screen

Thats what i was hoping for but the mi 11 ultra has 15% on giztop and is available in the uk for the 512gb version

I wish they could have trimmed the bezels a little bit more, but still for a nice package. Although with all Xiaomi phones you have to wait for a month or so for the prices to come down.

Im still using mi mix 3 because of the slide mechanic.. maybe get mix 4.. 🥰

Mi 11 ultra is better overall. My main points are battery and waterproof for mi 11 ultra -Cpu: both have the same cpu snapdragon 888, but mix4 has an overclocked version 888+. This will impact the battery duration and an overclocked cpu means more heat causing less durability of the product. -Camera: 108Mp mix4 vs 50Mp mi 11 ultra, a bigger camera will definitely affect the battery duration especially in situations where long camera usage will be needed. -Battery: the mi 11 ultra have a better battery at 5000mAh than the mix 4 having a 4500mAh -Waterproof : mi11 ultra only. I think that in our everyday lives, our phones can get exposed to liquid either due to a rainfall or an accident where your phone fell into a water pool or exposed to other liquids. The mi 11 ultra is clearly the winner here in overall.

I always thought the mix line was a phone they make when they want to showcase a feature that is new (almost concept like) It's not necessarily the best of everything as that's not what the mix line is about.

My bad he wasn't talking peak brightness lol it is 900 and then 1700 nits peak that makes alot more sense😂 my OnePlus on what I just found said its peak is 1444 and normal max brightness is 826

Well I am camera freak , so what ever test performed by Frankie , my vote for MI 11 ULTRA all times !!

This is not the Xiaomi Mix 4 Ultra - so I am really bored seeing comparisons with the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra which was 400 bucks more expensive at launch in comparison to the Xiaomi Mix 4 which takes a fresh approach for a relatively low price. Oh and do not forget to install the new updates to assure the 888+ functions get activated. MIUI 13 is made for the Mix, hope it will come soon.

Finished the video: You did not make the update. If you want an Antutu of 830.000 just enable the power mode. Regular mode is running on low heat mode.

@Frankie Tech - neither - way too big and way too rich for my blood. Now if Oppo releases the same size as their prototype, I'll definitely buy that. Big screen phones are simply not for me. Not gonna lie it does suck to buy a phone week one and not get any views or success, especially given the fact that I’m working full time now and don’t have the time to even try and drop full detailed videos 🤣 the reality is the way KZread is set up, the timing game is everything, and just being late 3 days to a phone means I lose. It’s not even a fair competition when you have one hand already tied behind your back 🤣🤣🤣, but it’s all good.
