The 11 Ultra daytime shots looked like the glass at the back needed a clean wipe... It was more like the selfie shots of the Mix 4.

That might be the case 😅 although I started taking these photos right after I took the thumbnail, I remember it being clean 😂 oh well… I think MIX 4 did great overall but Mi 11 Ultra still takes it

I think it’s the larger sensor on the mi11 ultra capturing too much light which is causing the issue. Would also explain why it did better in nighttime shots and lower light situations

color science of mi mix looks better & dynamic range too. but better selfie & human face on ultra

I was surprised at the quality of the Mi Mix 4 shots,even the USC shots seem a lot better than other competitors. The Mi 11 Ultra took it out though.

Yeah the UDC shots of MIX 4 are the best on any phone, but they’re still not as good as a typical punch hole camera does.

Surprisingly I preferred the vast majority of the MI mix 4's shots for day time. The MI 11 ultra had a lot more lens flare in the day time shots and video. For low light the MI 11 ultra was better.

There should be a feature for day light photos on the 11 ultra, the mix 4 was awesome, but I still gotta give it to the 11 ultra because you can go into settings and fix the day time issue.

Hay Frankie✌✌. I was honestly expecting the 11 ultra to win this, but it did not win by a landslide. The mix 4 daytime shots were really good👌👌. Which says a lot about the mix 4. Let's hope that if there is a global version, it won't creep north of the 1000 dollar mark. Thank you Frankie for the great content. 🙂👏👏👍👍

The Mix 4 stood up quite well against the mi 11, alot better than I thought it would. In Ireland I can buy 2 ZTE Axon 30 5G's for the price of a Mix 4. I want the mix but I'm wondering if it is twice as good as the ZTE? Thanks

I kinda like the Mix 4 a little better. Like the darker night shots. The detail of the Mi 11 ultra when a lot better when zoomed in, that was expected, and of course the selfies. But, I would still choose the Mix 4, especially for that UDC

Hey Frankie, great test, my Mix 4 arrived yesterday, but have a couple of things I cant work out. How do you get the screen to unlock to desktop with having to swipe?. Also I cannot get OK google working, it says incompatible device. Booo. Also allows you to select a 3rd part launcher, but then says No you cant use it LOL.

PS The colour science is completely out on this camera, purple lights here at home coming out bright blue!

Hey nice video tbh. But as a owner of Mi 11 Ultra, those daylight photos that you took really look like the back glass on the camera were dirty. I have really neber experienced this before in any other phone, but on Mi 11 Ultra, it makes a huge difference with a clean glass. Anyways, love your videos as usual.

Mix was competitive, but there wasn't enough to make a Mi 11 Ultra user want to switch.

The 11 ultra definitely has the better camera but I was amazed how good the mix 4 did do and honestly is close enough that the design of the mix 4 could be the edging factor.

I am buying the Mi 11 Ultra next week and 108 sensors will have a lot of detail but overall Mi 11 Ultra and when it looked cloudy in the first couple pictures was the lens dirty ?

we have to understand that mi ultra actually got better with updates and mix 4 is freshly launched so i guess overtime mix 4 is going to beat mi ultra really soon considering it's daytime shots are already better.

I really liked the Mix 4 pictures, I don't take a lot Selfies so don't care about that! But the notchless screen is so nice, I really loved the OnePlus 7 Pro design because of that!

Even if the Mi 11 Ultra won this comparison... It did so by the slightest of margins... They are more or less equal in daylight... The Mix 4 is an impressive beast... And its UD selfie camera is absolutely great... very little compromise on overall image quality despite it being a first generation UD selfie camera...

Whar happend with mi 11 ultra?, i think gn2 make better results in daytime picture maybe an update make worts the camara quality 🤔. Mi mix 4 is better in daytime picture how that is possible ? , its strange 😒😒. GN2 is much better sensor than hmx xiaomi make strange rare things with these phones. Hi Frankie nice video.

Wow, I thought only Huawei was sabotaging the camera performance of their older flagships, but Xiaomi seems to be doing the same. There is something very wrong with the camera performance of the Mi 11 Ultra, the HDR is completely missing. Low light performance is also worse than before ... Oh, man, why? The Mi 11 Ultra still costs a bag of money, that's ridiculous.

Mi 11 Ultra is still the king, but the software is just not good enough for the hardware. its great, but not perfect. Mix 4 vs 11 Ultra is comparing old hardware (108MP Sensor and 13MP UWW which Xiaomi has gained experience over the 3 years for these sensors, especially the HMX 108MP) against the very best Hardware without this much experience in it and the software for it

The camera comparison between these two phones are neck to neck.

Me 11 ultra is the big daddy of camera phones, and it'll hold the position for a while.

Can we all agree the selfie cameras on both of these completely suck? it's like 2015 stuff

mix 4 is better an seems cleaner ... so much for the ' biggest an best sensor'' then again... a mi note 10 takes better DETAILED pics than the ultra soooo
