@@Yunghans96 yes, I did end up reusing the original back glue you just have to take care to not destroy it when removing the back cover and for the battery glue I bought some on the internet, it is very similar to a tape.

great work sir! i have a question, i just had bike accident and my Mi 9 SE is badly damaged but major parts still seems to work. Does any other xiaomi LCD works with this sir? i just need to get my phone to work for few hours to get my data out of my phone. so if possible i want to avoid buying Mi 9 SE LCD since its pricy. i appreciate any answer =)

its under the screen and no it cant be replaced unless you know how to do smd souldering.
