The Huawei Pura70 and Sony Xperia 1 vi can get even closer macro shots apparently. It'll be tough deciding if I ever get one of these devices

Probably they can, I want to buy the Huawei but the problem is the CPU and the pricing. They cost an insane amount this year.

It's a shame that the shutter button on the photography kit doesn't hold the focus when pressed like it does on a normal camera! 😞

I'm gonna have to check that! I use my Sony mirrorless with continuous focus.

What do you think is the best phone for close up macro shots?

Happy to hear that! I think the best thing is to keep it in automode but if you really want to go Pro mode, you can use it the same way as a mirrorless camera. Keep the ISO as low as possible, the shutter fast but the best thing about the pro mode is that you get to use manual focus, I love that. Actually I didn't make a video on it but thanks for the idea, now I have the full photo review of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra coming up soon and also the Vivo x100 Ultra after that.

Maybe so, how about I compare the macro on both? I remember also if I'm not mistaken, one of the OPPO Find x devices maybe x3 pro, had a microscope camera as well.

@@VeraxTech I would be sarcastic when I said that macro mode on my poco f2 pro is micro mode, because when I see many who present macro mode on some device, it's simply funny to me because if they call it macro mode, then macro mode is on poco f2 pro micro mod for them. I recorded and posted a macro video at my place this morning, so check it out.

@@VeraxTech only a 5mp camera, an older but still good enough processor sd 865, and yet you can get much closer to the subject, and have more details than on today's supposedly macro modes. the video recording is 1080@30, so compared to today's macro modes it is the top of the peaks.

Best camera but even KZreadrs can't use full flexibility... It need real photography enthusiast like sony phones camera department so many flexibility but KZreadrs only know default shot🤣

You got a point there, I think most reviewers do that because most people who would buy a phone they only want to take a shot fast in the moment and not have to set up the settings everytime, again depends on if you bought the phone for that, maybe the solution is that KZread reviewers should give an aspect on auto and manual (pro) for both type of watchers. What do you think?

@@VeraxTech I'm pro user I can beat even I phone 15 pro Max's default camera by using poco f1s manual sutter iso and many flexibility... They should make video for pro user's... By default is not a camera's full potential... Humans brain and eye can sense way million times better than Ai how it needs to be captured photo..this year's x7 ultra and 14 ultra is best choice for photography lovers..

@@md.shaonprinceshuvo5412 Yes you can do a lot with manual settings, however not all people do that. I agree with you that those phones may be the best out there, we just have to wait for the Vivo x100 Ultra and see but definitely Samsung and iPhone are not.

What I've seen from both phones, Xiaomi is the one more natural. Vivo is good too, I'm not saying that it's bad.
