@@AquaStevae It really is. There's said to be another one before Android 14/OneUI 6.0 comes out. Samsung has really been on top of it with their updates this year. Still think their phones can do more than what they're making them do but at least this year, they're getting that extra push.

2:35 oneplus did the best job.

Just make sure you buy some phone insurance too at least for the screen.. They will not replace it for free even under warranty saying that there must be physical damage.

@@d1389m yup.. I heard users saying phone gve permanent hardware problem due to software updates 😅.. Few of them reported about having problem with display and they had to shell out 50-60% of the phone price even under warranty..

@@d1389m if you have budget around 30k , better go with either Motorala or Samsung s21 fe ( but it's not for gamers and heavy users )as battery drains fast but camera id awesome with pics and videography both. I was going to buy Op11 but due to bad reviews from past ,I finally bought it. Battery is a problem for heavy users but not for me. I am watching you tube/insta/Facebook/WhatsApp - it's easily giving me 6 hrs of SOT. WHICH IS enough for me. Personally - I bought it for camera quality

S23 Ultra video is performing better for me!! Best phone out right now. Hands-down!

9:28 The OnePlus 11 is almost as good as the 14 Pro even at 30x. It oversharpens a lot at low zoom levels, almost unusable at 2x(too oversharpened) but starts getting real good from 5x. It's a bummer that the telephoto lens is not used for zooming in videos. It may be just a 2x zoom lens but it's a large sensor and better than many 3x lens.

One thing I notice while watching camera comparison video is whenever Samsung photos look natural they will says it's oversaturated and vice versa to the iPhone

We personally don't say that unless it is actually oversaturated. Most of the time, we say it's a bit more, a little more, there is some saturation etc. because while Samsung does like saturation, they've worked on tuning it for a while now.

I wish more people would talk about how Samsungs sensor is dual vertical gate vs single vertical gate like the others. That lets it capture more light without having to be 1 inch. maybe they will go 1 inch in the next phone or 2. good work.

Exactly. Also, the fact that it has a new form of HDR (which they call dual slope gain) which allows them to take real-time HDR photos @50mp without much time penalty.

I tested micro photo on Iphone 14 pro max, Pixel 7 pro & Samsung S23 Ultra in a phone store, assisted by a sales representative. Only the iPhone 14 was able to take photos, that was in fokus, on 3mm wide samples & we took our time with the testing. We also tried the iPhone 13, which also took photos in fokus of the 3mm wide samples.

How it can be possible your old video of comparison between s23 ultra vs OnePlus 11 vs pixel 7 pro suggest that main camera and ultra wide camera is better on OnePlus 11 then S23 ultra... And now in this video in between comparison you can say S23 ultra better in main camera and ultra wide than OnePlus 11. What is this ?? Fake Comparison or What ???

Calm down my dude 😄 It depends on the weather, the scenery, and a bunch of other different things. For example: There are times where the Pixel 7 takes the best photos out of all the phones out there, and times where it underperforms because of a lack of natural light.

The main cam good light photo quality is quite irrelevant until one goes to RAW. At this point I would bet the 1'' sensor can really spread it's wings. Truthfully, apart from telephoto (and raw mode) the differences are for average user quite meaningless.

You're probably right - we used to test RAW but the truth is that the vast majority of people that take photos with mobile phones don't really know or want to know how to utilize RAW. This is why we focus on the general software improvements and how these phones push out photos with the least effort.

@@nextgk This has no impact on image quality, without camera assistant the pic is taken when you lift your finger from the shutter button, you can read that in camera assistant if you really tried it + compare the size of pics with and without camera assistant

I'm not even surprised that the S23U won overall. It's just a very big upgrade from the S22U period.

Need ur help. Am using android past a decade. Thinking to switch over to 14 pro, however I'm stuck. As i often download 3rd party apps, mods, apks etc on my android n works seamlessly. In ios, I'm sure i wud not be able to continue the same experience i had on android. So shud i upgrade to 14 pro, if not den any other alternative in android other then Pixel 7 pro, though s23 is not something i like.

Very close and clear that Apple and Samsung out of these are better, as expected. Both are imperfect, and the S23U is a work in progress that needs more updates. If you added moving subjects, Samsung would have lost ground over the others due to the slow shutter speed (still needing to be fixed). As the iPhone is the only phone from 2022, it competes remarkably well with the new and shiny 2023 rivals. The Honor, OPPO, or Xiaomi Ultra can beat the S23U before the Pixel 8 Pro and iPhone 15Pro Max fight it out!
