    Beautiful, my Korean Taekwondo master - Suh Ki Young showed this to me when I was 15, and I did it together with the fist part for about 5 years. Then I stopped and my master who I love dearly dyed and I could not remember part 2 when i started again 2 years ago. The way it is being shown here is very accurate to how my master showed me, apparently he learned it while living in Tibet, thank you from my heart for sharing this.

    John James would you mind telling me the reason why you stopped doing this fragrant garden qi gong? Wasn't it that powerful as people say it is?

    Yes, and depends on person, it cured my smashed foot, and other issue, so now going to get back to doing it, but you need to do level one about 6 months and if you want to do the true form, its a knee pump no hip sway.

    Just as in tai chi, the master will tell you it gets Blep blep, by others, check out qi gong mag pdf with the form, lots of instructors change tai chi so do the qi gong

    Met the grandmaster of this style, in San Francisco, and when taught to the instructors, there is no hip sway that is why the class I was in the chinese failed I passed and was introduced to the grandmaster, and you have to do each 36 times like in level 1, but knee pump now for the general public I see in an he let the hip sway stay cause most can not do the knee pump got to have hand eye left right cordination, and not move hip, this is a buddist system.

    Please tell me if the grandmaster taught you to lift the heels during the knee pump.
