I left my m365 unuse over a year n now not charging. I open the case, and there is no red or blue led. But upon plugin charger, it flashed red 4 times. Check BMS voltage output is 18.40v, but the battery before BMS is 36v. What can be wrong? Is the BMS board faulty after unuse for too long ?

Thank you for watching. Are you referring to what I said at the beginning of the video, about the blue light blinking indicating the need for charging? That's because I only repaired the battery charging function and didn't fully charge it, so after repairing the battery, the blue light blinks to indicate the need for charging.

Hi, I'm not very familiar with error codes for other models of Xiaomi electric scooters, but for the M365, error code 21 refers to Battery communication error.

Hi, if your model is NINEBOT and you haven't recently upgraded the firmware, it's likely a battery issue. However, if you've updated the firmware recently, it could be a controller problem. That's roughly the reason.
