2:44 - 1 青蔥, 1 蒜头, 1 紅蔥, 1 辣椒, 3 香茅 (茶匙)。 2 魚露, 1 糖, 2 老抽, 胡椒 (黑) 煎之前打生粉。煎1.5分鈡。

一點提議 較乾硬的香茅不要棄掉 可以放在冰格層 留待煮冬蔭湯 或肉類焯水時去腥用 物盡其用 不會浪費

For people who live in north america, get this part : pork rib and sirloin end chops. No need to tenderize with the blunt size of the knife or hammer or poke holes. Just grill it and it will be tender even if you overcooked. Some more it's cheap.

焗爐係得,但好容易就煮得太熟就會鞋,我唔建議用焗爐煮切開豬扒,如果真係要試,約攝氏200到,約15分鐘左右,但視乎厚薄加減時間

Thanks for sharing, I have tried it and it tastes delicious. Before pan frying it, do you need to scrap our all the garlic lemon grass seasoning from the pork chops? (As I saw your pork chops are pretty "clear"!

No need, i didn't clean it up before i pan fry it. But keep your heat powder to medium to medium high as you don't want to over burning it.

i prefer to buy a quality meat than soak it in salty water. But if it is bothering you, yes... soaking it in salty water for aobut 30 mins...then rinse it well.
