2 kentang
1 buah wortel
1/2 bawang bombay
1/2 kotak santan
1/2 bungkus bubuk kari
3 buah bawang putih
3 potong jahe
1 buah serai
3 mangkuk air

16隻雞翼 (4人) (洗淨用少許鹽掩)
2個中size薯仔
1條紅蘿蔔
1/2個洋蔥
1/2 盒椰奶
1/2 包咖哩粉
3 粒蒜頭
3片薑
1支香茅
少許鹽
3碗水

2 potatoes
1 piece of carrot
1/2 of onion
1/2 box coconut milk
1/2 pack of curry powder
3 piece of Garlic
3 slices of ginger
1 piece of lemongrass
