Well, to be fair the western summits are about that at the moment because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Given the Chinese obsession with sovereignty you'd think they'd be sanctioning Russia as well.....

Sri Lanka external debt rate is 70% of GDP, (10% is from China). it's not so high comparing with other countries, but why only Sri Lanka bankrupt? It's easy to find why if you have a little knowledge about economy. If you don't know, then what you can do is copy-paste from news. IMF is one key word.
