Only difference imo, is XG are talented enough to emulate the artists from the past while bringing their own "it" factor to it. They're incredible. It just bothers me when fans act like American groups/artists/bands aren't inspirations for so many groups and artists. Acknowledging that does not take anything away from XG or any other talent imo There was no need to insult American groups to lift XG up, I guess is why I had to leave a comment lol

XG is a Japanese girl group that is very inspired by the OG artists. Some of their favorite artists are Lauryn Hill and TLC. THEY CAN SING AND DANCE JUST AS WELL THEY CAN RAP! In a lot of their extra contents, they pay a lot of homages to the OG like Jay-Z. They have XG Tape videos which are their mixtapes. They have XG Vox videos where they do cover songs like TLC No Scrub. They also have XG Move which are their dance choreography videos where they show different styles of dancing including hip-hop. Check out their R&B song, LEFT RIGHT!

With XG's "LEFT RIGHT", Ciara and Jackson Wang jumped on their remix, which Ciara and Wang performed at 2023 Coachella.

XG is a 7 member Global group aged 18-22 formed by XGALX. They do Hip Hop/R&B and Pop. Jurin is Leader and Chisa is Sub-Leader. Chisa is the oldest and Cocona is the youngest.

They also have Korean creatives in direction and photography, make up pros and many more collaborators from South Korea. Credit where credit is due.

XG- Shooting Star and Left Right should be next. Ciara already did a remix of XG's Left Right, Chilli from TLC praised their VOX #5, and Rico Nasty did her own verse on Shooting Star remix.
