Note: at 10m:55s of the video - when viewing the details of the user; at the right of the User settings window is a heading "PC User Names" and a button for "Link Account" - clicking the button allows you to enter a PC User Name that you want to link to the account on the printer. E.g. enter the WatIAM/Nexus username, Save, and then print jobs from the PC User Name get held in the linked User Jobs queue on the Versalink.

I went with login/out settings of "Simple" with no password. I just wanted the user to enter a 4-digit code at the machine. The 4-digit code is the username. I then created a general account with the user's first name and linked the two so I can identify usage by name and not just numbers.

I keep getting an error when I print (VersaLink B405DN) "Job deleted - user not allowed to print job type"? Can you please explain how to setup te print driver on the user's pc as well?

What you said after "If you don't know the password" is unclear, even the closed caption is unable to capture it. Could you please clarify what to do in case someone doesn't know the admin password?
