Joseph LoDuca does not get enough credit. The music on Xena, especially in the Ring trilogy, was extraordinary and always made the series feel more cinematic & high quality

@Eu Doar Eu OK! Did my research: we're both right about the nomination. Joseph LoDuca was nominated almost every year for his work on Xena. Destiny, The Bitter Suite, Devi, Fallen Angel, The Rheingold, A Friend In Need II all got an Emmy nomination. It's just that Fallen Angel actually won the award 😉

Yes! I agree! It gives the cinematic and high quality feeling! It’s like a three part movie! Like the Lord of Rings movie trilogy.

A great trilogy...no one could have played Xena but Lucy!!

OMG! I thought the same way too!

Everything about this show is underrated. It was amazing.

Making Grinhilda turn into a monster and locking her in the cage was worse than killing her!

This show did flashbacks like no other! Xena's past was full of surprises. You almost felt like Gabrielle when something new about it was revealed!

That's exactly how I saw it growing up. Gabrielle is totally there to ask questions we would ask, and react the way we would if we were there.

Ahhhhh yes the Norse/Ring Trilogy!!!! Really epic 3 parter! Maybe the pinnacle of the final season!!! 🤔👍🙂

Lucy's facial expressions are just fantastic! She does it like no other. She made evil Xena so scarey. If you still like her try her new series My Life Is Murder. She plays a retired detective that keeps getting pulled into murder mysteries. REALLY GOOD.

I'm really sad that she never wore the "Xena Trilogy" costume, as an evil Xena in the series, except some seconds in 2 episodes. I really liked that costume better than the others.

Ah yes the god-awful Ring Trilogy in Xena, the trilogy that totally ignored and disregarded Hercules' version of the Norse mythology. Not one mention about Hercules' adventures in Norseland yet every Viking knows about Xena being an evil Valkyrie. Not one mention of Loki's fate after Hercules stopped him from bringing Ragnarok, in fact no other Norse god besides Odin appears here. And speaking of Odin, he's totally different here than how he was in Hercules. Yet people like this trilogy for whatever reason. Oh well, everyone has their tastes.
