this was honestly my fav cover of skz. the rappin,vocals, and Junhan with his electric guitar took me out and made me so emotionally touched with music and reminded me of a lil bit of 90s rock with the electric guitar. I LOVE IT ALL!!!

Junhan's electric guitar solo during what's originally the dance break for Hellevator is SO GOOD! I love it so much! They seriously killed it, sounded phenomenal. And I love that with idol groups we usually get choreo practice videos, but with xdinary heroes we get BAND PRACTICE VIDEOS!!! Really makes me miss performing and playing with other musicians 😭 (edit, update: I think Junhan is my bias, he's just a shy sweet boy and I feel such affection for him, and all of his guitar lead parts kill me. I really love Jooyeon's voice, loved it immediately upon first listen, and in the hellevator cover when he sang with the piano, like you I had chills and almost started crying it was so beautiful!)

Yo, Jooyeon might just be my favorite vocalist in the 4th gen now! Like WOW! his voice is so smooth and his vibrato is *chefs kiss*. He's also a smart vocalist, he knows he can be impressive and emotive without belting high notes all the time.

I’m still not over the Hellevator cover. I think Jooyeon has incredible tone and confidence considering he’s barely 20 years old.

They now have a bday tradition (thanks to jooyeon) of giving the bday boy kisses. U shoukd look up videos of it its adorable. The next victim would be jun han, but rn he has covid :(

The 2 rappers took on the work of 5 rappers amazing they did such a great job :). My bias is jungsu, but i really like jooyeons vocals. I'm pretty sure Jungsu is also one of the most affectionate in the group.

All of them are killing me with their vocals, rap and visuals. I agree with you about Strawberry cake MV, they do nothing there but it's so captivating and stunning. I love that I can look at their visuals. About choreo, I am so proud of them, despite the fact that they never danced before (except Jungsu and Ode, who did really well) they did a good job. And Gunil's Back door, Thunderous and Maniac choreos are perfect))))) they are so cute, I can't))))) About your questions. My bias is Gaon and I love his tone of voice. My fav vocalist is Jooyeon. Fun fact: Jooyeon and Gaon are besties since the day they meet each other) Another interesting fact: all of them are so clingy. They even have a tradition to kiss each other on bdays. Watch their bday vlives, they are incredible)))) Jooyeon is very cute and goofy in real life, such a kid. Meanwhile on stage he is so charismatic, I didn't think that he was maknae at first. Junhan is introvert and the quietest in the group but they made him feel more comfortable and now he is much more confident. Gaon is a very smart guy who loves chemistry. On the radio show he talked about chemistry( I didn't understand nothing) and everybody was impressed. He actually won a science competition at school) and he was in a school band, but wasn't that good at playing guitar. He, Jooyeon and Junhan spent 2 years to learn how to play guitar. Even JYP himself was impressed by the fact how good they are just in 2 years) Gunil studied at Berkley, Boston. Had his own KZread channel, and Gaon was his subscriber, having no idea that several years later they are gonna be in one band)))) what a fortune))))Also Gunil and Ode love sport and Changbin will be happy to go with them to a gym)))) Jungsu is very adorable. He and Ode love fashion. If I am not mistaken he knows how to play piano since childhood. He and Ode there training as idols at first, but once they were asked to change the direction and were offered to become a band. They were so shocked, bcs they were learning so hard to dance and now they have to learn another thing. And most of them weren't sure about the band idea. There is a show called "Xdinary heroes: begins". These episodes will introduce guys better. They had the interview with JYP and it was so emotional. Also, there is their own show like Skz code, "Xdinary heroes: Rock the world". Please, watch it. It so hilarious. They even went to ghost house, and I can watch it for my whole life, they are such scaredy cats)))))) Also, they have goofy personalities, they are so hilarious))) Gaon, Jooyeon and Gunil are such crackheads, I love them for that. Please, watch their show, guide and funny video compilations. I want to see your reaction to their personalities. There is a guide, it's old, but you can know how they began))) BTW, have you seen their first predebut trailers and performance videos? Each of the member showed their abilities. Favorite vocal tone is also Jooyeon for me. String line is my bias line, Gaon > Jooyeon > Jun Han in that order. Gaon's expressive and animated personality got me pretty quickly. Jooyeon's vocal tone is something special, gives me full-body chills when he hits those high notes or gives a raspy run. lol Jun Han stole my heart when he had his one-on-one interview with JYP and talked about how hard it was for him to open up and be more personable. Watching his growth and how far he's come is so inspiring and heartwarming.

This is the reaction I was waiting for. That's why you are my favorite youtuber)))) Hellevator cover is so good. And you ate right as for a Stay, this song means so much for me. This song brought me to the fandom in 2017. And Xdinary heroes did a great job, this instrumental, arrangement, vocals, fire rap, solo on guitar- everthing about this cover is perfect! And they delivered the message, the lyrics so well. Moreover, we united both Changbin's part and Gaon and Ode's and the fact that their rap is in sync 100% with Changbin's in insane)They killed it. I have goosebumps every time I listen to this cover. And I literally cried. My two ult groups, who are so talented, God, I am so proud of them. Stray kids and Xdinary heroes always blow my mind. Also, Xdinary heroes are real pro on stage, as if they had been on stage for many years. Their stage presence, the facial expressions, the passion, the charisma...a lot of seniors can learn from them. Gaon kills me every time the most)))) He was the one who made me come into Xdinary heroes' fandom and became my bias. But yeah, all of them are wreckering me every day))) Thank you so much! Yes, Hellevator cover is so so good! Gaon looks like Felix when he doesn’t have makeup on. When Ode had white hair before, I thought he looks so I.N alike, but he looks different now. Xdinary Days series is quite cute.

i'm not their fan, but i love them as stray kids' dongsaeng and lowkey they're freakin funny😭 if i'm their fan, my bias would me jooyeon, but sometimes junhan ... this introverted person that has the same MBTI with me (INTJ) is got my attention, he would be my bias wrecker

I grew up listening to rock bands. I love Kpop but discovering XH is a nice breakaway from all the synths. I stan groups that utilizes live bands during their concerts and have rock versions of their songs. I'm afraid XH will be my ultimate group haha.

I’m back with my commentary from while I was watching! Took a bit because I had to watch around a couple work meetings lol - Your poor voice. You must have had a lot of fun at the concerts though! - The Hellevator cover is AMAZING. As a stan of both groups I’m never going to be over it. The vocals! And the rap! And Gunil’s drumming! And Junhan with THAT guitar solo. - Strawberry Cake and Pirates are my favorite tracks too, but I’ve actually just looped the whole album Idek how many times at this point. - I still say O.de with the pause to follow how the boys say it. The pause might be because of how Hangeul works, but it could also be because his name is Oh Seungmin (which would explain why he, being under JYPE, has a stage name). - Their styling really is _on point_ this comeback. They all look amazing. They already have so much presence and charisma as rookies; it’s crazy. I can not wait to see what else they come out with. - Jungsu is definitely my bias, but I’m already so fond of all the members. Jungsu and Jooyeon both have such great vocal tones, I don’t want to pick one! I just love how they compliment each other along with (mostly) O. de and Gaon helping fill out the song. Seriously adore all of them. - Jungsu and O.de have the most dance training, but you can tell how hard the boys worked for the choreography video! They did such a good job~ - Gunil is a successful STAY! Showing off SKZ moves for his choreo solo section~ he’s also worn their merch. He was definitely the one on Weekly Idol with the sexy dance hehe. Gunil and Junhan have very little/no dance training, but we fans can’t help but adore watching them dance. Not to mention seeing how much more their dancing has improved since debut era. - Oh my gosh. Most affectionate??? I think for me that’s between Jungsu and maybe Jooyeon? Jungsu is usually draped over one of the others in photos and looks after the others in little, sweet ways (especially Jooyeon) while Jooyeon is so *obviously* the maknae off stage with the others. - Junhan is quite introverted (Jungsu is the only other introvert in the group) but seems to have gotten a lot more comfortable with the boys since debut era - not to say he was uncomfortable before, he was just added to the group only a short time before their debut (I think I read/heard only a couple months somewhere but I’d have to double check that). Seeing how much more open and comfortable he looks now that they’ve had more time together… they’re all just really cute okay! - I love the Test Me self cam so much haha. It’s nice that they added their names in for the non/new fans. - With the band practices, live clips, special vids (choreo vids and bonus MV), mini variety show, etc we’ve been so spoiled with content and I’ve loved every bit of it. They really do seem to be just a group of cute, sweet guys!! You should now expect me to randomly throw clips/links of them at you on discord!

Mel I love your reactions and I'm sooo happy u love them. Ok so as a rocker girl my bias and fav voice is Jooyeon. And my bias wreckers are Gaon and Junhan, ofc as a rocker I'm biased by the whole guitar line hahaha. I love all the songs from the album but my top 2 are Pirates and Strawberry Cake. If u want to know about them u can watch the Xdinary Heroes: Begins series in their official channel and if u can react to those episodes I would love it cos people forget to watch this videos since they are from when they debut. I will give you some info tho. Their dinamics are a bit like this: - Gun-il and Jungsu: the Hyung line and Jungsu tries to be less chaotic for Gunil sake. - Jungsu and O.de: are close cos they enter to JYP as idol trainee since I think late 2018 or early 2019, Jungsu likes skinship but O.de is a bit tsundere. Basically, the dance/idol line brothers. - Jungsu and Jooyeon: Since Jooyeon is the maknae and he is very chaotic needs someone to sort of raise him or keep in line. Very mother/son relationship. - Gun-il and Jooyeon: Father/son relationship, current roomates. - Jooyeon and Gaon: aka Nugget Times (they spend a whole week eating only nuggets, don't ask me why), aka soulmates/share same brain cell/free spirits. They want to be roomates but probs that would not be allow cos their room would be chaos full of clothes around and they will spend the night gaming and watching kdramas. They spend a lot of time together. In a vlive of february Jooyeon say that he went to Gaon house and knows Gaons family, I think they are the only ones to admit this. - Junhan and everyone: He is a real very introvert so they all protect and encourage him a lot. If you watch videos from their debut days and now he got so much confidence. Nugget times duo start to protect him since day one. Junhan was the last one to enter to JYP around early 2021. I could write more but I think it would be too much.

I don't know much about these guys and looking forward to being with you on your XD journey too so we can find out together. So far O.de is the one that captivates me the most along with JunHan but it is hard to have a bias with this bunch like their other brothers SKZ. I also don't really know their personalities yet hard to tell from just a few music videos. As far as vocalist I love O.de's the most especially the rap lines when he does a lower tone like in test me. But they are all so very good. Jooyeon has been my bias ever since Happy Death day. they only have one proper guide which is the 'unhelpful' one that came up when u searched! However it is quite old and the members have grown a lot since then and more content has been put out so we know more about them now, so I'm thinking it may just be best to watch their content on their channel or something. BUT the guide is fun and may be a place to start off from if u want to get their names and basics down before getting to know them properly!

My bias is Jungyeon aka I can't make a single choice lol. They're vocals just feel so goooooood omg. I'm soooo happy with this group! Full of talent, and already so skilled for rookies! Super proud of them. Also, I hope we get a fandom name soon because some fans are calling us XHoes and... nah I'm good lol. I think Jungsu and Gaon are the most affectionate. Jungsu and Jooyeon/Jooyeon and Gaon are the closest? Also Gaon and O.de are the trouble makers of the group and pretty close. Gunil is full of dad humor and the king of that "awkward" humor, where he like doesn't get embarrassed and acts like he's just an awkward dad....idk how much of it is an act LOL. it's hilarious and makes sense why he gets along with Channie. Jun Han is the only introvert in the group and it's sooo obvious if you see him in any group activity lol! (There's a really funny XH ISAC compilation showing this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/jIZrrsVwktPWXbw.html ) For ideas to watch: XH Rock the World (similar to SKZ code like a haunted house tour, scavenger hunt kinda like running man etc), also the Xdinary Heroes Begins series on their YT channel kzread.info/dash/bejne/rHyukremocK7ltY.html They split into pairs and talk about trainee days and how the group came together! You learn a lot about the boys in this series!

I can’t decide on a bias so for now I'm ot6 lol.

they also have a video series called “xdinary heroes begin” which shows a little bit about their debut, practicing & their relationship with each other. they also have short vlogs “xdinary days” on their channel they r so cute!! u should definitely check it out! they quickly became one of my ults with this new comeback.
