Agreed. The magnetic rifle sound is burned into my mind. It sounds so intimidating.

now that I think about it, magnetic weapons serves me the longest in xcom 2, since usually by the time the game gets serious, I'd have moved past conventional weapons and by the time I got to plasma weaponry, I'm already rolling around with chosen weapons and maybe one shadow chamber research away from the last mission, not to mention that advent (not aliens, just advent) uses magnetic weapons too

Really appreciate this. Sometimes I want to see the weapons and animations for enemy units, but most vids don’t have that.

I just realized the stunlancer weapon looks exactly like War Machine's one from "Captain America Civil War..."

Honestly conventional weapons on xcom 2 is just *peak* resistances, nothing will ever stop me from hating on gauss or laser but it just hits different absolutely decking a muton with a magnum.

What did he ever do to you

Its bot a mod. Im using debug launch. Wich means i can enter quick tactical missions. And this is one of the maps that can be selected
