I just got a pair these things are great. I'm so happy with the sound, adjusting volume is a little strange between Game and other players but I loveThem and the sound Quality I am happy with. The set of gaming headphones and sound I've ever used. 99.99 very reasonably priced

Does mic monitoring still not work?

I got mine worked almost for a year then the mic broke. Still worked but the plastic broke also apparently multiple others had theirs brake in the same place. I fixed it. Then the chat mixer was messed up. Wouldn’t work like it was supposed to wasn’t processing the fact that I had changed the chat mixer more than half the time. Then the damn thing would only turn on for a few seconds before turning off on its own. Maybe your experience is better but mine works well but it breaks a lot.

I guess I'm going down the same road cuz my plastic broke on the mic and the earmuff part and now my Xbox mixer won't work

mine literally just ended is mic entirely after buying it in february it didn’t even make it to august lasted barely 5 months and the mic broke while i was watching youtube and it was tucked up

i never abused it because it’s an expensive headset and now i’m mad that it just ended itself like that

where can I find an adapter for these headphones? I looked everywhere, but I couldn't find it.

I bought one and the pads peel off quickly, but they are good

“Best” I would use very loosely ive gotten 2 pairs of these and both times where being the mic just out of nowhere just stopped working picked up zero audio went through all my settings did everything I could think of and I would get my mic to work for a few days then back to picking up no audio so I have up on them

great heatset for the price only issue i had is the base of microphone cracks with moving mic up and down. was like 5 months of use😢 so it dangled but quickly put rubber bands to hold before internal wire broke

I have the barracuda x and it has a small echo at max volume and it only works wired on Xbox razer kaira has the same look and is wireless tho

These headsets are so good I don't use them that much there real loud and my ears hurt I got to give them a break but I do recomend use low volume on them.

Mine does this thing were it stops playing sound for a second then starts agian its so annoying

It has bluetooth, so you can connect to laptop or phone. End caps/knobs are easy to break. The cushion starts to flake off.

yes the plastic suck on these they break so easily i just got the hyper x cloud 3 and there way better

They work great but the build quality doesn’t hold up over time. I’m not gonna say I was gentle with mine, but I didn’t throw it around everywhere and I just had to buy a new one because the plastic on mic broke off and it’s now dangling from the headset 😂

This is really good i bought one in jun 4 2022 and it still works soo good

I heard if you mess with the mic a lot it fall out and breaks but others said they’ve messed with it a lot and it never worked. I’m already bought mine before really researching which I usually don’t do but I’m glad the comments on the videos are mostly good

I know I’m a bit late, but I had this issue too and all you have to do to fix it is have your Xbox plugged directly into the wall, rather than a power strip. Completely fixed the issue. Hope this helps.

You can connect them to any Bluetooth device above BT4.0, but for Windows an Xbox Wireless dongle is recommended for the best audio and mic quality and also latency. It comes with some Xbox controllers.

I just got my headset today and the first thing my friends tell me is that I got scammed. The mic quality is worse than my $25 Sony headset that I got from Walmart. In fact the mic quality is so bad that I either mute myself or get muted by others due to that fact that the mic echoes right out the box.

These headsets are terrible, the chat mixer on mine is lose and I have to push on it every 10 seconds so it doesn’t auto default to the game side

Definitely one of the best, the other will be the stealth 700 gen 2

@@jiveequation1865 the headset is pretty good, but I highly recommend you to have warranty and register it with Microsoft just to be sure in case the same happened to you. I bought the headset and use for one year and 3 months, didn't have any problem, until one day. I was playing and I went to put the headset on to pair it with the cell phone as I always do. at that moment the headset crashed, the audio started to come out very low and I couldn't hear the game, when I tried to turn it off and on again it didn't turn on anymore. Pretty good headset I love the functionalities, but sad it doesn't work anymore. Hope this could help you. Highly recommend astro a40 or a soundbar

try 5v 1.5A output. Dont use those 3A output blocks.

Yeah I don’t really recommend these, I got my first pair a long while back and within a few weeks the mic broke just by the mute button and ended up gluing it back because Microsoft wouldn’t issue me a replacement because it didn’t count as damage but after another phone call and much persuasion I was able to get a replacement and kept it as a back up, glad I did because not long after it broke again right where the ear cup meats the headband. Couple years go by and the backup has finally broken in the same spot and is hanging on by the wires, the turtle beaches I just got as a replacement are better in every way and were about $60 more give or take

Wish I could take the mic off. 😢

I connected my discord to my Xbox and was on call with my friends, everything was working fine till I dropped my controller and headset now I can't hear discord audio and my friends can't hear me. I can still hear xbox noises. Just not discord,.

There's a left and right picture in them so you don't confuse which ear goes to what. But you gotta be dumb to put it on backwards because the microphone would be facing the back of your head😂

I have these, and if you say it's the best,you apparently played only on phone headphones before. Microphone is terrible,you have to talk very lout so other hear you,the speakers are far to small and uncomfortable,sound is like from a barrel. I had a 30€ headset that was better than this one. Definitely a no from someone who wears them for multiple hours now every day
