If you’re seeing this on July 2nd 2024, you can fix it by going to your network settings and pressing the “go offline” button, then sign in to your account after you sign in, then click it back to online. Hope this helps

I’m here because it won’t let me sign in like bro I was scared then I realized the Xbox servers are down

I was just having the same issue, to fix it all you have to do is go to setting then hit network setting, go offline then sign in and it should let you sign back in… after that just go back to network settings and then hit go online and you should be good to go 👍🏼

The way to get signed in is to go to your network settings go to general then click go offline then sign in to your account then go online again

I FIXED MINE , I saw a comment of someone saying that you should disconnect your network and then sign in and afterwards you can switch on your network again,it worked for , thank you to whoever posted that comment ❤! I'm not sure if it's going to work for everyone but it worked for me.

I have a xbox one and I'm having alot of problems, so I bought a $10 dollar xbox gift card in December, 2020 and its been suspended since January, so today I bought a xbox live gold on mistake but I didn't know if it was or wasn't going to work, so I go back to the store and buy the $15 dollar gift card and I redeemed it and I don't think it's working because fortnite is still saying I can't sign into xbox live, and idk what to do.

It’s possible that you have an unpaid balance you owe Microsoft. Usually if you still owe money on the Xbox you are locked out from future purchases or the ability to redeem codes until it’s paid off. The easiest way to check is to log into your account at Xbox.com and look at the Billing tab. You should be able to confirm if for some reason you owe some money. Hope this helps!

Bro the xbox severs arent down and i did the shut down thing and i signed out nothing is working. It just keep asking for my password and then when i put it in it Just goes to the regular screen where it shows you your recent games

When I sign in it gives me a black box across the screen and it never let's me sign in, but on my other xbox everything works, I think it's because every time I tune this xbox on (don't use it too often) it's bombarded with system updates, I've had a console update 5/5 times I've turned the thing on recently
