@@destroyerrider02 Yes. Electronic Arts bought Pandemic Studios only for them to shut them down afterwards.

I remember this game from a decade ago when my older brother and I played against and alongside each other in the classic Star Wars: Battlefront 2's multiplayer. I also remember how great the game's campaign was despite no longer being classified as canon since Star Wars: Rogue One confirmed the Death Star plans were on the planet Scarif instead of being on the space station itself. However, some of the game's story did look like it was adapted in order to fit the Star Wars Canon better. For example, some of the Separatist droids did battle the Empire in the Star Wars: Rebels episode, "The Last Battle". However, unlike the classic Star Wars: Battlefront 2 campaign, the droids were not built by a rogue Geonosian on Mustafar. Instead, the droids were not deactivated for some reason and did not realize the Clone Wars ended until the Empire showed up. Still, the Empire battling against droids was my favorite part of the campaign.

Since The Clone Wars (2008) lots of good ideas from this game were lost, and it's sad

@@MsAmber82 In the 2008 Clone Wars series, Anakin Skywalker was given command of the 501st Legion which debuted in this game because we were not given any specific divisions within the Grand Army of the Republic in the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy.
