Why are you talking about physical games when it is a digital storefront that is shutting down? Curious.

The digital option NO LONGER being an OPTION affects the value of the physical copy. Because after the digital store front CLOSES the physical will be the ONLY option. And if everyone starts hitting ebay for the ONLY option left ...I'll leave the bit up to you ;)
