Essentially, everyone in the country is at risk for infection now,
even if they're super careful,

or have caught it before

I am kinda upset today. My daughter (who lives in CO Springs) has a 6 month old baby who just contracted and got thru both RSV and Covid over Christmas. He had a rough time for a while but is being breast fed and was able to get through them both and is completely healthy and happy now. She took him for his normal vaccines today and his pediatrician pushed my daughter Really Hard to give her 6 month old baby boy the Covid vaccine. She could not believe it! He just barely finished having Covid and my daughter does not feel comfortable giving her baby the Covid vaccine. Why would these doctors push these Covid vaccines on babies (especially babies who have successfully overcome Covid naturally)?

I’m not anti-vax, but best I can tell after lots of study and looking at both sides of the argument for 3 yrs, this isn’t a vaccine. I am saddened by the response of the majority of the medical profession. Where is the critical thinking? Also very glad your grandchild is ok. RSV is nothing to take lightly. I didn’t catch Covid at all until November. I work in a daycare Center and I wasn’t really scared of catching Covid. I was in contact with it so many times and didn’t catch it, I really thought I was immune to it. Watching your video makes me think I caught the last variant. It lasted 4 day. I had a headache and fever the whole time and a different symptom every day. Day 1 I thought I had fybromalgia, Day2 it was period-like cramping, Day 3 I had a dry cough, day 4 my ears were buzzing. It started my periods 10 days earlier and I was very fatigued. I believed it weakened my immune system because I caught the flu a week after. The flu felt so long. I haven’t gotten anything since then despite the kids all getting sick so I believe it goes back to normal after. I get coughed on all day, I cuddle the kids when they have fever and feel bad, I hold dirty hands, I clean up vomit and poop … This winter has been insane. 80% of the children were sick. The variant only lasted 24 hours for my 3 year old son.

We did not think we would die nor did we become anxiety addicts. It is sad that people forget all this and act like their lives are at risk. We need to move on and stop believing that we will die. 🙄

These strains are much less scary than they were a year ago. When delta was around it was absolutely terrifying and even healthy young people were dying. I was healthy before got delta and was extremely sick for an entire year. I'm not saying it's right to live in complete fear but after everything it's kind of expected to have a bit of societal anxiety and ptsd. We can't gaslight people into thinking the vaccine is everything and we also can't gaslight people into forgetting how serious covid was in the early times. I'm glad the virus isn't as dangerous, and there are more ways of treating it now.

@Anne Donnellan or blood clots, collapsed lungs, ards ect. There was a lot of covid complications and pneumonia was sadly rapid onset. I never got pneumonia but the scar tissue is likely permanent and respiratory distress lasted months. I don't think it's right to forget or downplay how serious of a virus it was prior to this, so we don't underestimate a possible next virus that maybe just as bad or worse.

What is Terrain Theory? While the germ theory states that infection by a germ equals illness, the terrain theory takes another approach to explaining the process of pathology. The Terrain Theory asserts that germs cannot create infection or disease unless the body conditions (terrain) allow it. This means an unhealthy body with a weak immune system and poor microbiome may provide a feeding ground for pathogens to replicate and cause illness, while a healthy body will remain unaffected. The terrain theory takes into account the health of the body as a terrain: the internal environment of the body. While an unhealthy body has no defenses against pathogens, a healthy body with a healthy terrain can repel, defeat, and balance pathogenic microorganisms.

There won’t be an autopsy as he will be cremated. In another county in my state of Washington, USA a firefighter paramedic was found dead in his bunk at the fire station. After 10 days I am just now recovering from xbb1.5. I had the initial two Covid shots and the bi-Valent shot. My family caught it quickly dispite precautions. If you catch xbb1.5 the first three or four days are miserable and then very slowly it gets better. Expect dripping nose, sneezing, cough, fever. chills, sore lungs, loss of energy, loss of sleep,, loss of appetite, other - it is a "covid cold" on steroids.

He is part responsible, along with the mainstream media, for ramming fear porn down the gullible TV watchers throats, and rather than attempt to research and talk about possible negation of the devastating health impact of the jabs, he continues to talk about XB 264748£628fu. Haven't seen one of his vids for a while and thank God. It doesn't matter much. The best thing you could do for your immune system is to do a little extended fasting. Some of the many benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Blood pressure is quickly and dramatically lowered. Fribrosis/scarring is reversed over time and telomeres are lengthened, which also helps with lung fibrosis. ! Fasts from 36-96 h actually INCREASE metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. Fasting increases nitric oxide. Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles large numbers of immune bodies and creates new ones, rejuvenating your entire immune system. Weight loss from fasting only loses10% lean tissue and 90% fat compared to the typical 25% lean tissue and 75% fat lost when calorically restricting for long periods. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Ideal blood sugar is around 80. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus. Losing weight through intermittent fasting shows greater reduction in waist size and increase in insulin sensitivity for the same weight lost and alternate day fasters were shown to lose fat while gaining muscle at the same time over a six month period. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast, though if the amount is tiny you will go back into ketosis very quickly. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many medications are dangerous to take while fasting so you may have to talk to your dr. about discontinuing them during a fast. Fasts of several days will not affect short term female fertility and may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone and helps build muscle by increasing insulin sensitivity! The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, your body always runs mainly on fat except for brief periods of very intense exercise. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells. AMPK does many helpful things in the body including activating the body's antioxidant defenses. Deep ketosis virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. This can offset the life threatening symptoms of viral pneumonia which effectively kills you through inflammation. This also creates BHB ketones in your body, which also help your immune system and anti-oxidative system, especially in the brain. Ketones also provide an additional energy source during infection, which is critical when trying to fight off a bug. In fact you can have as much as three times the total energy available in your blood when you are in deep ketosis, or even more. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention! When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells. This kills these cells off completely. Senescent cells are responsible for the effects of aging and are the root cause of the development of cancer. If it were possible to destroy them all it would completely stop aging and cancer. That is not possible but fasting can help limit these effects by killing off many of the affected cells and limiting the future effects of aging. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth, helping a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and under 18 g of carb. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice. Primary symptom for my bout with COVID was severe headache lasting 3 days, stuffed nose, few body aches and very minor chills for less than 24 hrs. So a rough 3 days, but I have had colds that were worse. I’m still fatigued and my asthma has flared. Why is no one looking at or doing studies on the amount of people who did not catch it? I am 60, worked all through the past 3 years in a supermarket, I have never had covid, never been jabbed and never worn a mask! My hubby, 63, never caught it, never been jabbed and never worn a mask.

Phew! I'm glad that the CDC told us to avoid getting the latest scariant. I wasn't sure what to do otherwise. My game plan was their original one "stay home until you can't breathe and then come into hospital". The CDC's kind, empathetic and practical words to the public are invaluable.😁

@@mariag3916 I think maybe .02 at the most - maybe you're right though. I know it was a lot lower than they thought. A lot of the deaths weren't even due to COVID - they cranked up the vents too high, failed to treat early outpatient and had people come back when they turned blue; banned HCQ in 2 states and refused to allow the 2 treatments we did have to be used. Then they censored those of us that were putting out info on treatments. Remdesivir killed many by shutting down kidneys - so yeah, I think your .01% is probably spot on.

If the Earth-human wants to develop interests, motivations for this and that, as well as a determinative willpower and assertiveness, fundamentally, it is necessary for him/her, that he/she comes from a point of view that everything is possible for him/her and the achievement of his/her fulfilments and that he/she is also capable of everything. Doubt and uncertainty, anxiety, fear, disinterest and boredom etc., must fundamentally be switched off because they are the biggest enemies of every interest and every motivation.

I have a feeling that it hasn't finished yet though, it certainly hasn't been subject to a proper investigation, which is why it was originally carried out in China. There should be a global moratorium by WHO on all research to create new virus strains. This cannot be allowed to happen again. It might not stop experimentation but it will dry up the commercial funding of it.

It's so ironic. Messing with these viruses to make them more deadly for the sake of studying them and finding remedies to keep us from getting and/or dying from them? Are we insane? Why in God's name are we doing this? haven't we learned anything from this horrific experience? We're idiots as human beings to allow this lab gain-of-function "research" go on. We may truly do ourselves in with the next one.

I have a very hard time trusting Drs & big pharma. In 2018 I had a common uti and was prescribed Cipro. It almost crippled me and did so much damage I cannot explain. Now I am scared of pharmaceuticals. I know there is a place for them and I know they can save lives. I haven't gotten vaccinated and I don't plan to. I am extremely grateful for Dr Campbell's very thoughtful and knowledgeable content.
