Hi I got h96max plus .I did factory reset while it was working (not with the toothpick from the back av)when I turned back on their is nothing on the display TV I tried your method to reset with toothpick .but it does stay the TV screen black and blank with the message no signal.I look forward to hear from you.kind regard s.

hey, why are you not speaking on the video, either ppl put music in videos so loud you cannot hear a thing, or they don´t know how to explain or film .. but not speaking.. it´s equally annoying

For me it doesn't work. I exchanged also power supply. I have used for 8 months x96 mini where one time it turned off and I cannot turn it on anymore. There is constantly blue led. This x96 mini top box is the biggest shit I ever bought. I don't recommend this product to anyone.
