The switch by the cup holder you don't know what it does. It turns on /off the 12 volt power accessory plug below it. You should have it off when you plus an accessory in and then use it to turn the accessory on/off.

It better be really nice for 5 k or a newer model with low hours. Having implements would also make it a better deal at 5k. If the hours are under 300 that would be a deal but with the age of the 495’s most are going to have pretty high hours. But that’s just my opinion.
