how can I contact to service centre when some problem occurs?

bought this after watching this video. the problem is when using to watch youtube or any videos, the audio is delayed. tried it with my iphone, pc and chromebook. same results.

The problem with x2 is the delayed sound especially when you're watching KZread or play games. Do the x3 got the same problem?

I bought these and they're quite good but the fit keeps getting loose all the time. So if you have the same problem i suggest you try using panasonic hje125 ear tips (great cheap earbuds btw) because they hold and fit way way better!

i just bought these, and the Quality is amazing, but they have the same problem as the X2T, first, the 1 sec delay, and the slave earbud frequently disconnects and this happen so often with turning the head or even sitting with the cellphone in front of me, and sometimes doing nothing, just that, man, is it because the bluetooth of my cellphone? its 4.0.

I find that the stuttering stops if the charging case is close to or in the same pocket as the connected device.

I did experience that as well on mine and its annoying.. going to try and get a replacement soon as possible.. but if every x3t are like that then i wont recommend buying it

Mohammad Farhan press the left side first but not two much just a little bit until you see a red light flashing. Then press the right side but this time longer dont take off your finger at least for more than six seconds, untill you see a red and blue light flashing together on the right side then you will be paired.

X3T The signal in the left handset is interrupted. do you know where the problem is?

Aristo Suhandi yea, i did that... the first one never turns blue. It stays flashing red. I've tried doing the R first, then L one. And I've tried L first, then R one. Same thing... the one that i put into pairing mode is the only one that gets connected...

These earbuds were pretty terrible for me.

The x2t suck! It’s completely ass don’t buy it! You have latency of 5 milliseconds and it drops audio! It’s a headache to pair with a iPhone. I’m using a iPhone 8 Plus you can see why I want a Bluetooth headphone hence no audio jack. This is a shitty headphone try the x3t learn from my mistake

No know its working and sooo nice😍😍😍:You have to press 6 seconds until it say "pearing" and the other only 3seconds until it say "power on" then you can pear it with your phone they are named "x3t" and thats the best earbuds i ever had
