Fantastic! Jaime Busto came out brilliantly! Broke my heart to see him drop back from there.... when he started that first round it looked like his bike was 20kilos lighter than everyone else’s! Brilliant! Bravo Toni Bou, GOAT👍👑

They need to change the rules for "leaning" hitting the sub-gard by mistake, without any benefit at all, should not be punished...

I agree, the same as when scoring a non stop section. It is there to stop riders gaining advantage.

Hey dude I agree so if they land a bit hard and the suspension compresses and they hit the sump guard do they get a mark for it if that’s the case damn that’s harsh

I think one commentator, Mr. Jack Stites (from USA), died recently. Sad news. Graham beat Dougie. But Graham was older than Dougie.

Looking forward to seeing the video for the first ever women’s X-Trial World Championship. Hopefully the first of many X-Trials for our incredibly talented girls

i remember, in final: a head to head race on parallel obstacles.. since when is disappear? it was spectacular like regular sections but with more excitement..

Very very inconsistent, especially on slippery outdoor sections, though, but as the youngest rider in that event, this being his 2nd podium so far, YES, he has an incredible future ahead of him! He's on the most deep-pocket manufacturer team, as well - that can't hurt either! I don't know whether he, or Busto, will be the first one to finally knock Bou off the top spot.

Almost forgot what I was watching. Most of the video is advertising that has little breaks where I was forced watching X-TRIAL.

Trial actually starts @13:37. Can some one explain why the term ‘Fiasco’ is used in instead of the term ‘fail’ which was previously used virtually since the invention of the sport. I looked up fail in french, Italian and Spanish and none were fiasco.

In Italian “fare fiasco” means “to fail” and is pretty common, in spoken language. I don’t know if it’s the same in Spanish, but because Italian and Spanish have several similarities, probably it may be, Ciao 👋👍

Busto is so incredibly inconsistent, though, unfortunately for him. First round he wins, with only half the points of Bou, then only finishes fourth - "losing" in the last two rounds. Phenomenal rider when he's "on", though.

Can anyone explain why they get a mark for leaning and what is leaning I know what the term leaning is just don’t understand what it is in trial riding

Leaning is when the sump guard of the bike makes contact with an obstacle at any time. I think it's to stop the rider resting at any point (they have to stay Ballanced at all times). Sometimes a hard landing can also be counted if contact is made (which I find harsh)

Good comments from unforgettable "Duggy" (I think from the voice...) ! Fortunately sometimes also the King makes some mistakes otherwise it wouldn't seems human...! But in the end He shows his approach to obstacles when He did the Vertigo climb... "NEVER GIVE UP... EVEN AFTER A FAIL", this should be a message for anyone in its life ! Great human before being a great champion!

Cause they are not competitive/suck balz… but, get ready… my bet is on electric.

Great rides but why is the commentator in the stadium constantly shouting? Just talk with volume it would sound much better just like the narrator is doing.

I could we giving them 1 point when they use the sump as a "crutch" - to support the big when making it over a big step, sure. But they are giving them 1 point just for BRUSHING against the sump where ZERO benefit (no leaning on the sump for support or balance) is gained from brushing it. In outdoor trials just BRUSHING against a tree with one's shoulder, gaining no benefit from that, i.e. not "leaning against it for balance" does NOT count as a point - so not sure why it would here indoors. That rule should change. Supported on the sump, but not merely touching the sump.

The commentator needs to go back to his former career in regional morning drive-time radio.

"Fiasco" meaning: a complete failure, especially a ludicrous or humiliating one. Poor quality commentator.

When someone wins 15 years in a row.... I usually start to question the "greatness" claims, and start to wonder if it's more a result of how few competitors there actually. I can win the World Mud Pie competition 15 years in a row, and it doesn't mean shit, cause no one else is competiting..... Just sayin.
