X-ray tomography 103: filtered back-projection
I explain visually how the most classical X-ray tomography reconstruction method works. It is called Filtered Back-Projection (FBP) and consists of two parts: back-projection followed by filtering.

Excellent description! I see that in X-Ray CT, the projections are divergent, not parallel. I'll check your other work to see if you deal with this geometrical distortion. Thank you Sam - much appreciated!
