no it wont, Unohana is on the same level as Shunsui and Ukitake. the only one that could fight evenly with Yamamoto in Gotei 13 is Aizen as they posses Reaitsu on similar levels, is the only reason Aizen was able to Hypnotize all Gotei 13 including Yamamoto himself, when somoene with Reaitsu on the level of EOS Byakuya used Kyokai suigetsu it had many flaws and could not hypnotize everyone at once, same happen when he used Yamamoto Flames it was weaken to a point Shunsui had no concern and he stated if it was with Yamamoto/Shinigami Aizen Reaitsu it would of been a huge problem. this is how Captains are rank based on statments and Novel, only Gotei 13 not Zero division matter of fact Urahara stated that Ukitake Reaitsu was so high that even his own and multiple other captains and vice captain cannot cover him 1. Kenpachi/Novel 2. Yamamoto, Aizen 3. Shunsui, Ukitake, Unohana 4. Tokinada, Urahara, Yorouchi, EOS Byakuya,
