Government sectors, NGOs, charities, VWO should be the pioneers in setting the examples to hire people with disabilities and mental health challenges. It is not as simple as just hiring them, the workplace should have a set of procedures, hardware and facilities to accommodate such employees for them to execute the work efficiently and safely. By setting an example, the private sectors can then follow.

God bless her and future western medicine 🙏🏼 I’m just wondering why preventive medicine is so poorly done here in Singapore. Proper education on food is such a failure.. Spike increase in auto immune disease.. Why not educate people on the severity of gluten, processed food, vegetable seed oil, etc. Btw, I just watched the clip on the increasing seniors in Asia countries by MediaCorp, I just hope the government is going in the right direction and not following elsewhere wrong like other western countries 🫣
