尤其是我们年龄大了。更向往有这种地方走走，回忆以前的农村生活。看看海，吹吹海风。心胸也宽广。

大姐资本很重，非一般普通经营者能作。每天下水的食料就很重本了，遇到魚儿大时染上病时。一埸就可以收工了！政府是一直要赞助保留的，可是这工作不易作。

很乐观，很随和

台灣多的是湛藍海洋及現代漁村！ 還有這位印度朋友講的河洛話，跟我們老台北腔幾乎是一致的。

没有拍他的脸，没有说他是印度人，说的新加坡式的华语说杂杂的方言，听不出他是印度人，赞👍🏻

看了好久，突然看画面才看到不是华人。

应该列为“文化遗产“, 让后代有机会了解新加坡曾经是一个小渔村。

Christopher , an impressive man ..

Perhaps MND / SLA/ URA gazette the last Fisherman Village as Conserved Fisherman Village Heritage Site & The Tourist Promotion Board help Mr Christopher to maintain the place including its boats & fishing equipment, and and keep it going plus give him grants to help out his livelihood. Fisherman live is tough and physically demanding. Christoper is getting old and would not be able to keep going forever.

保留下原始的魚村，很好讓下一代知道。

想不到繁榮的新加坡還有那麼寧靜的地方!

看了很爽！我一个朋友在樟宜本来有一个魚繁殖塲很大，后来收掉它很可惜！政府一直要帮助他让他保留，可惜他想退休。

Yes. Actually Christopher 😍❤️❤️ very enjoying. Not tough. His son Michael and Jackson got times should go enjoys with their father. But better let's them wearing life's jacket and father must got weapon on hands to incase suddenly got sea 🌊 area crocodile 🐊 can protect themselves too

我觉得Christopher有时可以带顾客出海钓鱼，一天$400-$500没问题的。

How to apply to enter the fishing village, i try to enter few times but the guard don't allow us to go in, if anyone knows how to enter the village, please share, thanks

如果可以稍做改善，然后开家小海鲜馆，相信会引起多谢人对我们小渔村的历史感兴趣与了解。也可以帮渔夫们的鱼货卖个好价钱，改善他们的生活与经济条件。

我们现在整个新柔海峡的水质 ，随著城市的扩建和工业的发展 ，已经受到了相当严重的污染 。再加上东西海流无法贯通 ，在海底囤积了大量污泥和淤泥，又无法被冲刷，就形成大量毒素的累计，也就使到🐟群和水下生物无法生存 。如果再不做预先的评估和筹划，那再过些十年，这遍海域将成为一个生命的禁区 。 如果要改变新柔海峡的水质和条件，最好的方法最是把新柔长提，改建成新马大桥 。只有这样才能让新柔海峡东西两边的海水互相流通 。相信随着水体的流通被改善，对当地的水产和自然生态，会起到更好的影响 。只要两国政府秉持着改良和环保的良好心态，必定能共同创造出美好的将来 ，为我们生存的土地献出一份力 ，也是为了我们的后代做出贡献 。

我劝你们在那边捉到的海鲜，在吃时第一口的感觉是否含有漂白济的味，全部丢掉。我在那边钓鱼很久，看那水质又黑又有味道，一水是话动的为什么会这样原因我不想多说。

新加坡政府常常讲要有甘榜精神，但新加坡政府所做所为却消灭有甘榜文化特色的地区与生活方式。 廿榜文化或地区不一定只是那些老舊，二战排屋或阿塔屋。 廿榜生活文化也不是一二十年可以建起来的，是耍经过一两代人互相互助建立起来的一生活，交往的方式。 组屋区也可以成为有廿榜生活的特色。但政府却把这些由上一代人所建立的甘榜特色的组屋都一一拆除消失了。 希望这些人能想想什么叫廿榜精神，什么叫廿榜生活。 政府组屋，私人排屋，洋房等地区都是可以成为有廿榜精神与生活方式，而不是到了三五十年后，这些区域才建立起来的廿榜精神，生活方式，为了所谓的发展一一将这些地区折与從建。 好不容易建立起来的廿榜精神的火苗又被消灭了。

人沒有好好保護環境，真的是全宇宙的環境污染 我們就快沒有海鮮吃了⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯

应该保留，因为不保留，我们的后代再也不知道什么叫渔村了

今天我们各地坐德士去找这个地方，到了那里，wah liao那个看守门的女人(sucurity guard) 好兇，不让我们进去，好失望，掉头回家，一大清早，被赶出来😭😪请问Chris大鱼夫怎样才能让我们进去参观，我们很想进去

PLEASE PREVERVE THIS PLACE... Destroying this beautiful place in the name of development is easy, but remember once its gone no chance to revert back. This generation got no chance to pass on the knowledge (simple farming technics) to the next gen. See how we need our vegetable farmers supplement supplies during COVID19 when our supplies are disrupted. Modern farming giant is here to make money only.

Singapore government really needs to shift focus to preserve & protect culture & heritage. The singapore now is in a deep cancerous state. It looks rich on the outside, but poor on the inside.
