我有兩個兒子，大兒子自兩歲懂說話後，便拒絕吃肉， 我叫他素口仔。我的小兒子他一歲半便確診有自閉症， 他的名字叫Aniken。
我喜歡煮食，是個全職媽媽。我是家中的煮角，負責一切飲食製作。
製作這個頻道，主要是分享一般家常餸菜製作。以簡單方便就地取材為主，並不是什麼大師級食譜。只希望給各位媽媽一些煮食靈感，以及為兒子留下一些生活點滴。讓他記住媽媽做過的餸菜，到將來媽媽不在身邊，也可在以後的日子，重溫媽媽的食譜，將這份味道傳承下去。
另外，作為一個自閉兒的媽媽，藉著分享兒子的日常生活點滴，希望大眾可以多了解自閉症人士及其家庭成員。我們不要求你們優待我們的特殊兒童。只希望你們能接受世上有我們這一群，少一點歧視，多一點接納。
