我看过嘉宾的多个视频。她可算是阳光开朗型的妈妈 🌞🌈 初到新加坡不适应这儿的医疗制度，她却能够以正能量来面对，终究悟出了适合自家的方式 💫 几个月前，当她在视频透露她和家人已成功申请到永久居留权之后，很多网民都祝贺她 🎉🎉🎉 其实，拿到了永居权之后，就可以立刻筹化买公寓。如果是打算买转售组屋，建屋发展局规定PR需要等三年。 她在接受您的采访的时候，她有提到家人想在新加坡落地生根，而且正在怒力融入这里的社会。 希望她过几年之后能够成功申请入籍，正式成为“鱼尾狮”家庭 🦁🧜♀ 成功入籍之后就可以申请购买新建的组屋。新建的比转售组屋便宜多了。

买组屋先再买公寓 组屋能租出去给外国人 当成另一份收入 或把公寓出租 自己一家住组屋

You are lucky, not easy to get PR here. Getting harder nowadays.. the reason why you feel relax here is because, Singapore is a very safe place and justice country.

Very easy in Singapore all my nephews and nieces all got PR educated non educated because Singapore loved Sabahans Chinese. Even working in China no problem. People don't like China Chinese got many ways to replace them like Hong Kong easily being replaced. One way ticket.
Dont stay in private apartment..stay in government flats..cheaper n cost of living also cheaper.. Smile n u can befriend Singaporean easily..talk about food..our ice breaker topic.. Welcome to Singapore n enjoy

全家入籍 买组屋或公寓都便宜 生孩子养孩子都有政府金贴 能进新加坡的教育体系
good content but the sound quality is terrible. the volume of the spoken dialogue is much too low, and i have to turn the volume to high… but then the sound effects are much too loud
潤出國了，可喜可賀，要入鄉隨俗呀，千萬不要移民外國愛黨國。 如果還很愛黨國，新加坡人說話很直白的，會直接告訴你爲什麽不留在中國？
