OMG!!!! That's my favorite annuals collection, I love the pin ups and the x-mansion and blackbird design. Reading HoXPoX reminded me of this actually. I wished Excalibur was a part of this. Oh and that Rogue Pin up!

12:10 ah yes... it feels good! I too have been drooling for this release. Much like when the Wedding of Cyclops & Phoenix OHC was coming out and I was so happy those orphaned issues finally got collected (adjectivless #31-35). Shattershot was the final hole to be filled for me. Finished and happy.

Longshot is one of my favorite X-men character and I love time he was X-Men, Inferno is one highlight Uncanny X-Men 243 last page and X-Factor 39 First page. I would like to see oversized hardcover for Longshot limited series or hopefully they release it part of some x-men omnibus. Nice overview as always.

Hey bro, I’m currently collecting Jim Lee’s X-Men volume two (I’m skipping Legion’s Quest and stopping after the AoA companion). I have EVERYTHING (in OHC format) except Bishop’s Crossing and Shattershot (I actually went out and hunted down the individual issues to each of those books, which I now have, but even then, it’s not the same!) Aside from going on eBay and paying $200-$300 apiece for each of those 2 books, do you know ANYWHERE where I can find them for relatively DECENT prices (in the OHC format)? OR do you know if marvel plans on ever republishing and re-releasing the OHC editions of these two books?- I know the tpb of Bishop’s Crossing is coming out again in a couple months, but I’m not interested in it, it would drive me NUTS if the majority of my books were HC and 1 or 2 were tbp because I had to “settle”! I appreciate ANY help, guidance or information you can shed on this!!!! Thanks a lot bro, any info is a HUGE help! (Also, it would be REALLY AWESOME if you did a comprehensive in depth review on ALL those early 90’s Jim Lee (era) x-over books (like this video u made for the shattershot OHC)- Keep up the awesome work brother!-Trent

I believe that one was going to be reprinted in the summer, but everything will be shifted around, I'm sure.

I was on the fence about getting this since I have most of the Kubert run, the Shattershot annuals, and the Survival Guide in singles, and it will (eventually) be released in Epic Collection format. But I figured this would make a nice companion to the Mutant Genesis OHC, ordered it anyway.

What'd the difference between omnibus and OHC

The label in the spine. 😂 Some omnis (e.g. GotG by Duggan) are even thinner or collects less than this OHC. Basically they have the same dimensions (length and width / thickness will vary due to page count) but Marvel seems to just want to confuse people by labeling some OHCs Omnibus and some just plain OHCs. It's annoying.

It is thicker than some omnis. So yeah even though it’s an OHC it still an omnibus to us.

Worst Jim Lee cover ever, too much focus on Cyclops. Shattershot was generally bad but I really enjoyed the future X-Force part. The Nicieza Kubert X-Men stuff was good enough. Looking forward to it.
