I'd rather not comment about Charles having a sister, and about Wade, I think Charles (and the others) know about Deadpool. On KZread, there is part of a Deadpool movie, with the X-men as a cameo.

How about the Cinematic X men also react to the Logan movie, the original x men movie events, and Wolverines past with his age being mentioned? Because imagine their reaction to know that there was a mutant that was in the American Civil War and WW 1&2.
