I'm wondering if you ANSWER comments?? I really need help with my question below. The part where you remove objects in the background in the Nike shoes.... SEE THE SHADOW IMAGE (at 15:57) behind the shoes??? How do I get rid of that so I can use that SAME background in different sizes? When I try to change from square to story size, that shadow image is glued to the background. How to I delete it??? Thank you!
What I want to know is: I get a greyed outline BEHIND my image and when I move my image to a new spot, I can see this greyed outline and I can't get rid of it!! It's driving me crazy and you have nothing on this anywhere! WHAT THE HELL? I choose my background and everything looks amazing but as soon as I move my product to the left, there's that out of focus image behind my product. I have a great background and in a square shape. Then I want to make that SAME background in 9:16 but I can't stretch it out without that greyed outline behind my image to disappear. I also cannot find the background I have stared or saved. PLEASE HELP!
