I'm truly impressed with the concept of this vid. You said that Scully is never a victim and that's exactly the point! That's why I've loved her for almost 20 years! There wasn't just devotion to Mulder's cause, but her sense of justice too! And her science! These things drove her trough hard times, but brought her close to someone she learned to love, even with all his flaws (and we know that Mulder's not perfect). I always thought it was mostly Scully's perseverance to bring them together!

Every time I watch your videos, I realize how much I miss these characters. How much I miss the 7-year "romance", and their steadfast beliefs and the trust in only each other. snakey973 i've just watched the video again, can't believe i discovered it two months ago already! still seeing new things in it! and like you say, it's true Scully isn't really a victim because she makes choices for herself and i had never noticed the scissors and threads... Snakey, you really know your stuff :D (pun pun pun :D) I think the dress is blue and white because it's the colors of the Virgin Mary also maybe... (especially because it's in the episodes with Emily and there's another allusion when she rests next to Emily then there's a transition to the church's stained glass window)

thank-you xD I am loving this group too but they don't have many songs out yet- remind me a lot of Florence and the Machine for some reason- I think its the 'bigness' of the sound as well as all the dark elements. Agree with all u said- yet to have another show captivate me in the same way as XF which keeps me Scully-loyal to it- lol!!

I love the dark ones too and it's the first one of you that I've watched :) I remember watching it 5 times then sending it to a friend on fb and saying: you've gotta watch it, it's terrific!" and she said "wow" and I said: "now I gonna watch them all" :) and I did and showed her some and we both loved every single vid we watched :)

well, yes and no-- it really depends on the individual and what your personal tolerance is for creepy. Mostly I'd say it would be ok but I'd stay away from certain eps like 'home' and some of season 8 and 9...my nine yr old son watches it and loves it.
