He is clearly Somali. "Farah" is a name that only ethnic Somalis have in the Horn, not Ethiopians. His features are distinctly Somali. Also, he says that his father died in the war. There was no national war recently in Ethiopian (Ogaden war was only regional and involved Somalis fighting Ethiopian imperialists). But his father died in the Somali civil war.
